If paying by check or money order
please use our shopping cart (via the "Add To Cart" buttons) and choose
the "Money Order" payment option. That way we will receive a copy of your
order and then will wait for your payment to arrive before processing your

Personal Check Payments
If you have ordered from us before
and are paying via personal check, we will process your order immediately,
otherwise all first time check payments will require a 10 day processing
delay. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Payments made by Credit Card or
Paypal will ship within 24 - 48 hours,
sometimes longer if a fresh batch
is being made. Credit card payments are processed using a secure server.
Payments through Paypal are also secure and Paypal is free to use.

as we are Pacific Standard Time. Our store hours are 8AM - 5PM Monday

Please allow 7-10 days for your
order to arrive. It will usually arrive quicker than this.

UPS Requested Shipments
There is now an extra $3.00 charge
to be added to the above shipping charges for using UPS. We are sorry for
this price increase but due to the increases by UPS they are no longer
comparable to USPS rates, which is what we base our shipping chart (above)
on.
International shipping - We
do not offer International sales, although we DO ship to Canada.
All packages shipped to Canada will go via US Postal Service International
First Class mail which takes approximately 10-12 business days to arrive.
Priority shipping rates to Canada have increased too high to make this
the automatic option for our Canadian customers. If you prefer to get your
package quicker by using Priority International then please let us know
and we will add the extra postage necessary to ship your package that way.
APO Shipping - We do
ship to APO addresses.
You may request Overnight and
2-Day
Shipments within the Continental U.S. Extra shipping costs will
be incurred. You can contact us for these rates or we will notify you through
email. When contacting us for a shipping price inquiry please include your
destination zip code and what you are ordering to help us figure out the
rate.

RETURN
POLICY
Satisfaction is guaranteed! If you
are not happy with your purchase, return the item within 15 days of receipt
and we will send you a refund for the purchase price minus the shipping.
