How to Use

Be safe! Always mix pure essential oils with a little carrier oil, such as olive or avocado, before applying directly to the skin, especially when using on children ages 5 and under. Always exercise caution when using essential oils around and on children. I do not recommend using essential oils on newborns.

We offer pure Avocado Oil (click here) as a favorite oil for diluting essential oils in. Avocado oil is rich in necessary vitamins and nutrients for our skin and absorbs quickly and does not have a greasy feel.

Our aromatherapy essential oils have many uses.

You can add a few drops to an oil diffuser to impart the healing qualities into the room and to clear and refresh the air. The best diffuser’s to use are the Ultrasonic type.
Add a few drops to a carrier oil such as olive or coconut and massage onto your back, neck, feet and chest.
Can also add a few drops to your bath water but ONLY after you have safely diluted the drops in a small amount of carrier oil.
Put several drops on a cotton ball and suck up into your vacuum for a fresh scent while vacuuming and to eliminate odors.
Add to a humidifier during times of illness.
Put a few drops in a spray bottle filled with water to spritz throughout your house, linen/clothes closets, car, and office.
