Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours. Because our products are small-batch and made fresh, processing may occasionally take a bit longer — we appreciate your patience and will always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping Orders ship from southern Oregon via USPS and UPS. Most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 days from the date of purchase, though many arrive sooner. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier volume.

International Shipping We currently do not offer international shipments.

APO/Military Addresses We proudly ship to APO addresses. Please select the appropriate shipping option at checkout.

Express / Overnight Delivery Express delivery (USPS Priority Mail Express) is available and is guaranteed by the postal service. To arrange express shipping, please contact us by phone before placing your order:  541.474.2183 We're available Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM Pacific Time.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We care about the environment and do our best to reuse clean packing materials whenever possible. Since starting our business in 2002, we have reused packing peanuts, bubble wrap, and other clean packing materials collected from local businesses or received from our own supply shipments.

Because of this, your order may arrive with reused packing materials. We believe keeping these materials in use helps reduce waste and keeps them out of landfills.

We encourage you to reuse or recycle the packaging from your order whenever possible.
