Shipping and Payments
All orders normally ship within 24 – 48 hours, sometimes longer if a fresh batch needs to be made. On the average it takes 7-10 days for your order to arrive from the time of ordering. We strive to ship as quickly as possible so your order will probably arrive quicker than this.
Credit card payments are processed using a secure server and we do not store them. Payments through Paypal are also secure and Paypal is free to use. To place an order over the phone please call 1.888.575.2183. Please be aware of the time difference, as we are Pacific Standard Time. Our store hours are 9AM – 5PM Monday through Friday.
UPS Requested Shipments
UPS is available upon request only. An extra $5.00 charge will be added to the calculated USPS shipping charges for using UPS. We are sorry for this price increase but using UPS is not convenient for us to use. USPS is our preferred way to ship PLUS you will get your package much quicker!
International shipping
We only offer International Shipping to Canada. During checkout, a shipping option for Canada flat rate will appear after you enter your address.
APO Shipping
We do ship to APO addresses.
Overnight Delivery and Express
Express delivery is now what the postal service calls their overnight service. This service is available and is guaranteed by the postal service. If you would like Express Delivery service you will need to call us toll free at 888.575.2183.
Return Policy
Satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not happy with your purchase just return the item within 20 days of receipt and we will send you a refund for the purchase price minus the shipping.
Please call before returning the item to get a return authorization at 888.575.2183.
All essential oils and essential oil blends are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All damage and shortage claims must be made within 7 days of receiving shipment.
Ecology
We are concerned with the quality of the environment so we recycle all packing peanuts and bubble wrap by using them to pack your order. Since we started our business in 2002 we have never purchased packing materials, instead we collect unwanted clean packing peanuts and other packing materials from local businesses and reuse them. We also reuse the bubble wrap that our oils and supplies are sent to us in.
We encourage you to do the same and reuse all styrofoam packing peanuts and plastic bubble wrap so they don’t end up in a landfill where they will take forever to break down unless, of course, they are the cornstarch variety that dissolve in water. If we all keep recirculating these materials there won’t be a need for more to be made and our land and oceans will be the better from it!
